It might work for me because I seem to get RLS symptoms if I get at all hypoglycemic at night. The goji berries have a quick hit of sweets (as all fruit does, I imagine) but also contain a lot of protien (for berries) and iron. Could be a placebo. Could be the protien counteracts the tendecy to go hypoglycemic, or the iron content somehow helps, even though I'm reading it's cerebral-spinal fluid iron, not dietary iron that seems to have some sort of role in RLS.
