Yoakum has a lot of good introductory information and is written in a very readable style.

My favorite so far has been "Restless Legs Syndrome" by Buchfuhrer, Hening, and Kushida, published by the American Academy of Neurology. It contains much more details about the various medications.

A totally different, but also useful book is "Restless Legs Syndrome: The RLS Rebel's Survival Guide" by Jill Gunzel. It is a how-to guide written by an actual sufferer of RLS, and contains lots of tips and tricks that are non-pharmaceutical.

DEFINITELY get some books on RLS. The web is a great tool, but books contains thousands of pages of comprehensive, high-quality information in an easy package.
