Hi,

I am 22 and have been diagnosed with PLMS (Restless legs) and am trying to get information together for my employer. As I shift work, the consultant advised me that I should not do shift work, as this would help reduce my symptoms as he did not want to prescribe me drugs due to my age.
I have tried just to ask my employer to fix my shift but they will not do this without a Drs note. I have been to the doctor and they are struggling to find proof of this even though the consultant advised me this.
