I came across this site while looking for ways to fall asleep.
however.." PLMS ". I think my boyfriend has it. I have trouble sleeping so I sleep much later than my bf and I always noticed that his legs, whilst starting at normal horizontal position, once he's deep asleep, he always seem to bend his left leg so that the sole of left foot is flat on the bed and his left knee is elevated. THen it starts to sway from side to side as it's trying to stay upright. It's like a person falling asleep on the bus..with their head nodding down and then shot back up but is still asleep. Its like that with his left leg. I always thought it was quite funny. But after seeing this forum, I'm worried that this might actually be an actual problem and could be the reason why he always have headaches everyday, and he always says that he's still very tired despite having 8 hours of sleep, while I can sleep for 5 hours and still good for the rest of the day.
Is this PLMS??? Should I get him to go consult doctor about this? I worry about his headaches.
