I was diagnosed with RLS and PLMD about 15 years ago. Got it under control with Neurontin and then was changed to Klonopin later. Dr. wanted me off the Klonopin so weaned me off and onto Mirapex. WOW! Felt like a fog was lifted and not exhausted anymore. Problem.....symptoms are back. I jerk with seizure like movements when trying to rest. Now to the point mild jerking during the day when trying to take a deep breath and calm down. Worse at night when trying to go to sleep. Have now been on Requip for 3 days. Hope something helps soon!! I feel like I have pins and needles in extremities all the time and am hyper-sensitive.
