My girlfriend is a very active sleeper I have noticed and it effects our rest. When we go to bed at night and this happens almost instantly, she will twitch, her hands feet and you can hear her groan from time to time? She is asleep within minutes (less than 5). I will watch her and she will raise her eyebrows and her hands will twitch considerably. Can your body fall asleep or brain before the other half.

She also will dream instantly as she has woken up just minutes or seconds after falling asleep and recant an entire dream to me. Is this normal. She will also raise her feet up so her knees are bent and then for minutes her legs will keep falling from side to side without waking her, the twitching and talking in the sleep wakes me up quite a bit?

Also, when we hang out at night, if she is half laying down, she is dozing off instantly and again the twitching starts, her hands feet the groaning, I will watch her and she seems to be sound asleep in seconds.

It happens in the morning a lot too? Is it normal for someone to fall asleep in less than a couple of minutes every night? And then twitch almost instantly, dreaming, mumbling and talking? Look forward for any input I can get to help me get some more restful sleep
