What you are describing doesn't sound anything like restless legs.

Falling asleep this quickly isn't normal but nothing in your description sounds like a specific sleep disorder.

If she is having daytime sleepiness problems it could point toward narcolepsy or a breathing disorder during sleep.

Bottom line if she doesn't have any problems staying awake during the day then she probably doesn't have a sleep disorder.

You may want to have her try the sleep test to see what comes up.
