I sleep till noon. I sleep better from 6am til 12:00pm than any other time. This is really messing up my whole day.
I am tring to get straightened out, but until I do I am using "Satin Sleep mask" to keep the morning light out of my
eyes. They are very soft & comfortable. I have looked everywhere in stores and couldn't find them.I found them here: http://users.aol.com/mmeent/peepers/page1.htm
