I too have questions about long term effects of OTC medicine. I take the generic equivalent of Tylenol PM and have good results with it(two tabs
just prior to bed). I worry about the long term
however. It keeps me asleep for 7-8 hours quite nicely. I do have a very dark,quiet room though,
and keep it 65 to 70 degrees. The combination of
Tylenol and Benedril shouldn't do much to you but maybe someone out there would be kind enough to offer an opinion????????
