12 1/2hr. Rapid Rotational Swing Shifts.
Mon./Tues. 17:45 to 06:15 (night)
Wed./Thurs. OFF
Fri./Sat./Sun 05:45 to 18:15 (day)
Mon./Tues. OFF
and on and on...the days off are spent trying to recouperate. It's hell....and this comes from a first class company! The next time you pick up a Proctor and Gamble product think of how they treat their employees!
