One possible solution for you could be to use valerian root and kava kava, use these together, they will help you sleep. They are easy to attain at a local walgreens or any decent pharmacy. To speed the process a bit, grab a SOBE Karma, it also has small amounts of valerian and st johns wart. Together all these should calm your mind a bit, and relax your body enough to let you sleep.
