I have been taking equate pm(Walmart's equivilant of tylenol pm) & been getting 8+ hrs of good rest. However on two occasions shortly after getting up in the morning,I have experienced trasient episodes of syncope. I'm on blood pressure medicine (Lotensen 10 mg each AM) & I checked my pressure to find it well within normal limits, but my pulse rate was between 50 & 56 both times. I have decided to stop the OTC sleep aids & see what happens. I would appreciate any comments.
