night shift

Posted by eddie1999 on June 13, 2000 at 20:14:36:

I have been working from 2am until 8 or 9 am for about a year now. I usually cannot sleep for more than 3 hours at a time, and end up sleeping on and off all day and night. Also, I have gained about 20lbs in a year and no matter what I eat or how hard I try I cannot lose it. I have not changed my eating habits since I started working these hours.
Has anyone else had these problems? Any suggestions?
