I work the 10p to 8a, and have mastered the night.
I normally sleep after work, waking around 330P. I then eat breakfast. Lunch usually comes around 7-8pm. I then have a light snack to tide me over until 230am, which is when I eat "dinner". This gives my body enough time to digest my last meal before I hit the rack again. This has worked fairly well for me thus far.
