there are many other factors that can make a difference... i.e. family situation, are you a day or a night person to start with, any hobbies/other activities, what type of work...

My heart goes out to you... what an awful schedule!

My advice, based on my own experience, keep awake on Tusday night, so that your body does not "reset" itself... you might be able to go to a semi-normal schedule on the weekend... of course if you are a "party-person" you can go out partying and dancing on the weekend... ;-)
