how could running on such a schedule cut down on health care costs... would such a sched not increase health problems for workers... thus increasing health costs (at least in the short term)... maybe long term savings!

I guess I'm presuming that the employees are tough and can "tough it out"... I know I couldn't, and I'm in the under-30 group!
