I have experienced the typical weight gain, yet my eating habits are not too bad!
I want to get into the exercise thing, but am having trouble getting going due to not being able to do it the same time everyday (due to differing shifts!)...
Anyone have any advice/ideas on how to work in exercise into such a schedule...
