Posted by CNN Producer on July 02, 2000 at 12:03:32:I started a brutal 21:30 until 07:30 shift in the spring. I'm starting to finally get into the groove of it. Here's what I do:
Come home at 8-ish AM, and red-eye it until noon or one. I stay awake by exercising or otherwise occupying my body. (the mind is shot from 10 hours of focused concentration). Then, I hit the sack HARD and crash for eight hours. I've learned NOT to eat anything as soon as I get home...that's like a narcotic...knocks me o-u-t.
So, I'm on top of my fitness goals, and and fresh for the job. Oh, by the way...who's heard of this "herbal dietary supplement" called Alluna? Is it worth ten bucks a box?
