I generally stay away from medication, so I'll look into excersize and light exposure. I cut down on caffeine.
Yesterday I was interviewing all day, and couldn't allow myself to crash, so I did get to sleep through the night after 36 hours being awake.

The truth is, even as I was up during the day, I wouldn't open the shades and stay in relative darkness just by default as I work on my computer. Looking at it now, I could see the isolation as a cause for depression. Can't say I've been living life to the fullest lately.

Thanks for the advice.
