Need 12 hour shift schedule

I am currently working in a hospital department where our schedule for several years has been a 12 hour schedule, working one weekend in three and having a stretch of seven days off every four weeks. Management is not happy with the current schedule and is attempting to change to eight. I need help with submitting a 12 hour BALANCED schedule, preferably working only one or two weekends a month, using four two person teams. Can anyone help??
