I know, this is a behavioral health company. In Az., the only reason we have behavioral health is somebody sued civilly and said that adults have a civil right to behavioral health care. So, that is the environment I work in. Also, my company staffs an ambulance-different division than what I work-and it's really interesting. The employees who are in-house certified are named: Pete, Jeremy, Carl, Rob, Tom, and Jeff. I could really close the place down with that, if I wanted to, but I guess I am not the vindictive type-or, maybe I should say they just haven't upset me (silly program won't let me say what I REALLY want LOL)enough yet. I must admit, the REALLY goofy hours are not the norm, but they occur far more often than I like. I am looking elsewhere for employment; it's just taking a while. It took me 4 months to find this job; I sure hope it doesn't take another four months to find something a little better.
