Working nights and sleeping days

Posted by Julie Durbin on July 13, 2000 at 15:09:43:

I work 11pm to 7am Sunday-Thursday, I have 2 children 8 & 10 who are home for summer break. I do not seem to get to sleep more than 3 hrs at a time. They wake me up 5-6 times a day. I am always tired and grouchy. I have bought foods that they can easily fix for themself while I sleep without cooking. I don't have the money to put them into a summer program for the day what can I so to get more sleep and feel rested?
