ATTENTION: Results of new study

An article in Healthscout@earthlink cites a study from the "International Journal of Epidemiology" that links too many "siestas" (fragmented sleeping to us) can lead to a 50% greater chance of having a heart attack. [Since so many shiftworkers mention how they often split their sleep, I thought this might be of some interest.]
