Hey, you're right! I'm sorry I looked only at the negative side of the five week schedule. I sometimes feel so run down by the four week schedule that I forget there are positive sides and alternative schedules. I'll bet that fifth week really is a refresher and the extended vacation posibilities look great. Perhaps I shall present this concept to my higher-ups. It can't hurt to try. It might even help reduce turnover, which has been running around 50%.
