Thanks for your encouragement David. I did see your post yesterday but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I am working on putting an end to the rotating shifts that presently are used throughout law enforcement and other employment. It is no good to make our people work under conditions that quietly kills them and they don't even know it. But the employers do. There have been enough studies done on it.
