Relying on either of them for any length of time to get your sleep is a no-no. There are a whole lot of body processes that are involved in sleep. It's more than a question of being alert enough to do your job. Sorry I can't go into at greater length but it 5AM and I'm heading out the door.

You are going to screw up both school and your health at the pace you are going. How old are you? How many hours are you going to school?
