I am 22 years old and have been eating in my sleep for as long as I could remember. I will wake up several times each night and eat sweet things. The only way I know what I ate is by seeing the empty ice cream container or cookie crumbs the next day. I saw a special on 48 hours last night and they discussed sleep-eating, but didn't really seem to have a cure. I am curious as to how many people suffer from this and if anyone has found a way to stop it.
