Ultrashort & Polyphasic Sleep Info needed

Posted by Craig on May 21, 2001 at 09:40:16:

I'm looking for information on ultrashort and/or polyphasic sleep scheduling. In particular, I am trying to figure out how it is possible to do what Leonardo DaVinci did, sleeping 20min every 4hrs. What kind of method would somebody use, and how does one get into such a pattern? I heard of a study where somebody recently tried this and was actually able to make it work, without any ill side-effects to his/her attentiveness or health.

If anybody has this kind of information, I'd really like to know.
