There is a solution to your problem. I also went through a similar situation and found that a few things work really well. Here they are

1. Get plenty of water, 8-10 cups per day.
2. If you have time exercise to optimize your sleep.
3. Try to get absolute uniterrupted perfect sleep. Quiet, dark, well ventilated.
4. Eat well.
