Thanks for the response. While the genetics theory may be valid, I still believe there is a way to discipline oneself in sleep requirements. There must be a way! It's true though, I am feeling all the symptoms you described; fatigue, lack of motivation, frustration, and depression... and I'm sure I'm not making the workplace(s) anymore cheerful. I need, or rather want, to keep both my jobs. The income this way is great. The experience is good too. And as is the way life usually works, sacrifices must be made now for enjoyment at a later time. I hope I can find a solution to my dilemma before I end up killing myself.
