Amy, cutting yourself short on sleep is very hard on your heart and mental disposition. If you have a blood pressure problem, it will make it worse. Also, sleep loss affects hormonal balance. There are ways to move your sleep cycle around from nights to days, but it takes a great deal of discipline plus other fatigue countermeasures to make it work. Depends on your commitment.
