Dear sleepless: If you're working 15 hours per day, you're not leaving sufficient time for your personal life i.e. social needs, sleep, commuting, eating. Sure you can get 3 hours of sleep as your "prime" sleep ... as long as your job allows on-the-job napping. If that's the case, you could be a Thomas Edison!!! If you're having trouble getting up, it means you're getting insufficient sleep -- could lead to long term health problems. Need to get it in control.
