Hi the problem isnt with me NOT getting slee its with me getting too much sleep by working the 12 hour shifts I do. Like I said in the message I posted I come home and sleep from 7am-5pm then go back to work. On the 2 days that Im off I end up sleeping both days away as well. I need to be able to get up about 2 or 3 each day not matter if im working or not but I just cant do it.
