Many shiftworkers get off in the am after a stretch of graveyards and do a quick nap for about 4 hours. (You'll feel like #### when you wake, known as sleep inertia.) Then, they go about their routine and try to move back into a day schedule. Aerobic exercise upon waking, high protein meal, bright light (10000 lux) will help you feel more alert and may help move your circadian cycle to a day pattern again.
