12hr rotating days nights with every saturday off

can someone help me please. ive worked 12hr nights for 11years now, my company is moving to a new site.
were trying force the company to a, rotating shift between days and nights.
can someone post a shift pattern.
there are 18 men available we need 5 men on a single shift.
