what rights have i got uk resident

i work permanant nights what rights have i got,
to get the company to look into rotating between days and nights.
its like bagging your head against a wall, trying to get them to change.
the problem is on nights were out numbered by day staff,
what are the best reasons to get them to change......
weve got a meeting soon with the bosses
i dont want to be a mushroom all my life ( up all night and fed bullshhit ).....cant remember the last time i slept properly at night.
