You know, you may not continue to receive 10% for nightwork since you are moving to rotational 12-hour shifts. The 10% was a good thing. The going rate for differential is typically $1.00 per hour in chemical, refining and mfg. But, much depends on your overall compensation package, union vs non-union. Even though some people like night shifts, it could be really depressing for some -- isolation from day management, limited evening activities with families, continuous jetlag, etc.
