M-F 0630 to 2330,Sat & Sun 0630 to 1400, 4 personnel
only one person on at any time, standard is 7hr 51min including 30 min break if the shift fully falls between 0600 and 1800 but only 7hr 21min outside,i.e 1430 to 2330.
Only 2 weekends of both days per month can be operated. There has to be an opportunity for accrued days off rather than overtime if poss. Please help, I'm running out of hair and whiteboard to keep everyone happy.
