Hi,
We do a 2 week rotation on days then again on nights, with some people working a 11-19 or a 7-15 15 - 23 shift
Or rotation is great as we get every other weekend as a 3 day weekend.

Here it is:
Mon - days
Tue - days
Wed - off
Thu - off
Fri - days
Sat - days
Sun - days
Mon - off
Tue - off
Wed - days
Thu - days
Fri - off
Sat - off
Sun - off

Then it repeats again nights.

We like it alot. You always get a long weekend to switch from days to nights or vise versa.

Most of us have no problems with the switch
