If you have 4 men available for 420 hours of coverage within a 4-week period (based on 90 hours M-F and 15 hours S-S X 4), this only gives each man 26.26 hours of labor average per week (based on 1-man on duty at a time). Are these part-time jobs? or are you actually staffed higher? What is the average total hours anticipated for each person to work in a workweek???
