Love 12 hours but hate time set by company.

About a year ago the casino I work for let us change from 8 - 12 hour day. In a recent vote of 35 full time officers 24 said keep the 12's and 11 said go back to 8. Needless to say 12's won. But the company changed the time. We were 8 to 8 we wanted to go earlier. Say 7 to 7 or 6 to 6. We now work 9 to 9. We're fighting them and it may cost us the 12 hour shifts. It's just too late to be coming home after a 9 - 9 shift. On days the wife's ready for bed. Your eating around 10. On nights fatigue, not at work but the drive home is horrible. I need more information too fight them with. Please help. Anyone.
