Earplugs RULE!!! Anyone that sleeps when the rest of the world doesn't should invest in earplugs. They not only allow me to sleep, but allow me to get a deeper more restful sleep. I like the foam-rubber bullet type with high NRs. They also work great for people that get distracted while reading/studying in noisy environments.
