Do you think your management would consider a schedule with compressed days or nights vs. rapidly rotating around-the-clock? Many ee's have gone from the fast rotation EOWEO to slower work schedules or even fixed D/N shifts.

Napping is nice, but it works best if it's supported by policy . Even though some facilities don't allow napping and its punishable with termination, ee's still do it to manage the fatigue.
