Anytime Lesco!! Some shiftworkers say that their spouses ARE THEIR white noise -- while the spouse is home, they have no problem sleeping. But if the spouse leaves the house, they wake up.

A portable A/C unit in the bedroom works well to provide white noise and keeps the room extra cool. TV or radio will not give you the consistent sound, some of the noise machines may work well though and are designed for long-term usage (vs. TV or radio over-heating, etc.). You may find that you become so accustom to using white noise, that you even use it on your days off!!

Good luck!!
