JJ, what a mess - this is already an alternative work schedule. It lacks synchronization, it's outdated -- there are very few consultants who would recommend 7-nights in a row unless you were on a rig somewhere. Is the requirements union-driven (what are the OT parameters)? And what is the reason for "mixing team membership?" Typically, facilities run better with familiar team members. Are there any staffing requirements (# on shift on certain days of the week)?
