Posted by lesko on February 13, 2002 at 13:43:35:I understand that body is less alert at night and more in day time. I wonder whether my body rhytm would change if I force it to work nights, sleep days. So far I didnt progress. I still get sleepy at 10,11pm, and start waking at 6,7am. I guess I am not a usuall teenager.
Anyone with better results??
