One long term solution, that will take years, is we have to fight, and complain, Employers are getting off easy giving 10% "premium" to ruin people's lives. I know that more people are lined up willing to do it. But companies need to give shift workers more time off, sleep areas in the plant, Daylight lamps, earlier retirement, etc I am in the same boat, its too good to leave the pay and benefits, BUT I can stay and fight, maybe my kids will have it better.
