Sleep Apnea,Non-restorative sleep & 3rd shift

Posted by Jules on March 16, 2002 at 16:17:15:

I will be starting a new job that is 11pm-9am 4days on and 3days off. Anyone else out there have sleep disorders( I have sleep apnea and nonrestorative sleep) and work third shift? I'm afraid to mention anything to my sleep doctor because I know she will tell me I'm crazy. This job isn't forever, it's just an entry level position.
