I'm with you, Auto Worker 2! You know exactly how I feel. I've always thought we need sleep areas. It's amazing how many people sleep during their breaks and lunch. I've been known to sleep during lunch myself. I can lay my head down and get some of the best sleep ever in that period of time-because it's at NIGHT. Our bodies were meant to sleep at night. There are way too many people falling asleep at the wheel after we get off work. People just don't realize what we are going through. There have been many times when I have "called in" just so I could stay home and sleep! Know what I mean? To the company, we are just another "body". They do not really care about us. I remember when I hired in, that they told us they were "family-oriented". HA! They couldn't care less if you ever see or spend time with your family. We work so much over-time, that even when we do have time off, we don't feel like doing much other than sleeping. I guess I should quit b***ching and just be thankful I have a job, right? Oh well. It's 6pm here. I've only slept about 3 or 4 hours today. Just can't seem to sleep! Guess I better go try to get a nap before I have to go to the Graveyard! Thanks for understanding.
