Do you think your company/union would be interested in piloting a controlled performance study? If you could tie some metrics to the pre/post states of performance, you would have good arguments for change. Rather than b****, go after some solutions that serve the workers and the company's best interest. It's very possible that your company may see the value of change if you do your homework.
